The Basics:

Funeral Programs should be purchased at least 3 business days prior to the Funeral Service. Last minute orders are accepted, however you will be subjected to pay a $75 order rush fee added on top of your original order fee.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email requesting all information needed to be included in your loved one's program including photos & poems. Please provide very crisp & clear photos. A rough draft will be sent to you within 48 hours. If purchased before 10:00 a.m., you will receive a rough draft within 24 hours or sooner.

PLEASE REVIEW & PROOFREAD ALL INFORMATION BEFORE SENDING; TO AVOID DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER!

A $50 upcharge fee will be added if you provide handwritten information or if we have to provide/create any wording for your loved one's program for you! *TIP* Typed information lessens the risk of misspelled words. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
